The pre-fabricated Chemical Storage Building features a compact, easy-to-handle design that provides superintendents and maintenance professionals with code-compliant storage to safeguard personnel and the surrounding environment. Easy access to landscape chemicals and maintenance equipment and a wide range of shelving and partitioning options permit convenient handling of all types of drums, buckets, bags, boxes, and small containers.

Safety Storage® buildings are precision fabricated from continuously-welded, heavy gauge steel, structural channels and reinforced tubing to provide fire-safe construction and optimum durability. Standard features include a secondary waste containment sump, removable steel grating, hazard labeling, and chemical resistant coatings.

A heavy-duty security locking system ensures any materials stored are protected against unauthorized entry. Customized options may include exhaust ventilation, dry chemical fire suppression system, interior/exterior lighting, heating or air conditioning, shower/eyewash or clean-up station and a loading/off-loading ramp.
